Duties & Responsibilities
- You support the development and execution of creative social media campaigns
- From the initial idea to final execution, you plan and organize video and photo shoots
- You independently create engaging social media content and develop creative assets
- Researching suitable influencers and creators, as well as maintaining our networks, is part of your responsibilities
- You are part of our community management team and engage directly with our target audience
Qualifications
- You are currently studying Business Administration, Communications, Marketing/Media, or a comparable degree program with a focus on marketing
- Social media is your world – you closely follow trends, creators, and digital communities
- A strong understanding of how content works on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn & Co. and what engages audiences sets you apart
- Ideally, you have already gained initial hands-on experience in social media, content creation, or community management
- You use tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Hootsuite confidently and creatively and can independently bring ideas to life
- A structured way of working, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are among your strengths
- You bring initiative and a proactive mindset to drive topics forward
- Working with PowerPoint and Excel comes naturally to you
- Very good English skills complete your profile
- You enjoy teamwork and thrive in an international working environment
