Summary Statement

Agentic artificial intelligence is changing how companies use knowledge, complete tasks and automate business processes. As Agentic AI Enablement Manager (f/m/d), you are part of Global IT and drive the secure, scalable and value-adding use of AI agents across the business. 

You enable selected employees and business functions to independently develop and use AI agents and AI-powered automations. Your focus is on helping people help themselves: you provide technical and methodological knowledge, support concrete use cases and build an active AI Builder Community within the business. 

The role focuses on self-service platforms such as Microsoft 365 Copilot Agent Builder, Microsoft Copilot Studio and AgentBricks. You bring a deep, technology-independent understanding of agentic systems and AI-powered process automation and help define suitable use cases as well as clear boundaries for using these platforms. 

Together with relevant IT functions, you develop the required governance structures. This includes defining approved capabilities, distinguishing suitable self-service scenarios and managing licenses, budgets and consumption-based costs. 

In addition, you continuously monitor new technologies and solutions in the market, assess their relevance for Ottobock and help bring suitable innovations into the company in a secure and structured way.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Build and continuously develop a company-wide enablement approach for Agentic AI and AI-powered process automation 
  • Enable selected Business Builders to independently develop secure and value-adding AI agents and AI flows 
  • Build, moderate and support an AI Builder Community and develop practical training, workshop and support formats 
  • Advise business functions on identifying, evaluating and prototyping suitable Agentic AI use cases 
  • Collaborate with external partners on training, enablement activities, technology consulting and selected use-case implementations 
  • Develop clear governance guardrails for self-service, data and capability use, security, data privacy, Responsible AI and escalation paths 
  • Manage platform access, licenses, budgets and consumption-based costs together with the responsible IT and business functions 
  • Monitor and assess new market and technology developments and support the selection and introduction of suitable platforms, capabilities and solution approaches 
  • Build standards, templates, best practices and reusable components in alignment with Data & Analytics, Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, Data Privacy and IT Integration

Qualifications

  • Passion for Agentic AI, Generative AI, process automation and modern self-service technologies 
  • University degree, for example in computer science, business informatics, data science, industrial engineering or a comparable field 
  • Several years of hands-on experience with Generative AI, AI agents, intelligent automation or low-code/no-code platforms 
  • Deep understanding of agentic systems, particularly orchestration, tool and API use, knowledge access, human-in-the-loop, testing and monitoring 
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot Agent Builder, Microsoft Copilot Studio, AgentBricks or comparable Agentic AI and automation platforms 
  • Good understanding of cloud architectures, data sources, interfaces, identity and authorization concepts, and security and data privacy requirements 
  • Experience in business enablement, community management, citizen developer programs or comparable self-service approaches 
  • Enjoyment in explaining complex technical topics clearly and enabling others to implement solutions independently 
  • Ability to quickly understand business processes and translate them into suitable Agentic AI solution approaches 
  • Strong awareness of Responsible AI, governance, cost management and the secure use of AI in an enterprise context 
  • Hands-on mentality, initiative and strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills 
  • Excellent German and English skills
