In the role of Clinical Business Development Manager (d/f/m) you will contribute to the growth and expansion of innovative rehabilitation solutions by developing and deploying sales concepts, supporting customer engagement initiatives, and driving cross-functional business projects.

Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • You will support the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of sales concepts and business initiatives within the NeuroRehabilitation channel
  • You will collaborate with HQ and local stakeholders to drive adoption and implementation across international markets
  • You will gather customer, market, and stakeholder insights and translate them into recommendations that support continuous improvement of the sales concepts
  • You will plan and support congress participation and other customer-facing events
  • You will collaborate closely with Product Management, Go-to-Market, Marketing, Sales, Clinical Affairs, Patient Care, and other cross-functional teams to support strategic priorities
  • You will coordinate strategic projects and business initiatives, ensuring effective execution, stakeholder alignment, and achievement of defined objectives
  • You will support the development and sharing of best practices, tools, and frameworks to enable successful implementation across markets

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Public Health, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Physiotherapy, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in business development, commercial excellence, marketing, project management, clinical support, or a related role within healthcare or medical devices
  • Experience working in an international and cross-functional environment
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate customer and market insights into actionable recommendations and business initiatives
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related applications
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Willingness to travel within Europe
  • Experience in training, education, congress management, or customer engagement activities is considered an advantage
