Summary Statement
As a Global After-Sales Service Life Cycle Manager (d/m/f) you are responsible for overseeing the entire life cycle of our loaners and other related products on a global scale. Your role involves managing and optimizing processes in pre-sales and after-sales.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Execute and coordinate initiatives related to sales prerequisites and sales growth (service products, rental concepts, local loaner pools at service centers, swap stock, etc.)
- Initiate, execute and support initiatives on optimization of loaner utilization, loaner availability, reduction of scrapping
- Strategic input for loaner budgeting and forecast planning
- Global implementation of local best practice examples (e.g. processes and SAP workflow)
- Project implementation responsibility
- Ensure accurate SAP data: material master data creation and maintenance (developed products, acquired products, phase out)
- Process owner for After-Sales Service processes within acquisition projects
- SAP key user for maintenance plans, classifications and warranty packages
- Product manager for loaner articles and SMA-/SMP-article numbers
Qualifications
- Completed studies (Bachelor with professional experience or Master) in the field of business administration, engineering, economics or comparable studies
- Knowledge and skills in the area of industrial manufacturing and/or service management
- SAP knowledge: MM & CS
- Professional experience in project management
- Experience in interface management
- Good English skills
- Process and result-oriented as well as decision-making ability and analytical skills
- Strategic, long-term and holistic thinking and acting
- Intercultural/social competence and good interface management
- Quality awareness
