Summary Statement

As a Student Intern (d/f/m), you will join our research team in exploring innovative technologies and experimental approaches that advance the future of prosthetics and orthotics. Under the guidance and supervision of experienced researchers and engineers, you will contribute to research studies, evaluate novel methods, and generate data-driven insights that help validate emerging concepts and support the development of next-generation technologies.We are seeking a student intern in our Global Research Hub at our headquarters in Duderstadt.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist with conducting experimental studies to collect and evaluate EMG data.
  • Develop standardized data processing, and storage workflows.
  • Perform quantitative data analysis to identify key findings.Prepare technical reports, documentation, and evidence-based recommendations
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary research and engineering teams to support technology development and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • You have an interest in data analysis or biosignal processing; experience with EMG or other physiological signals is an advantage.
  • You have basic programming skills and eager to work with data analytics tools; familiarity with Databricks is a plus.
  • You possess good written and verbal communication skills in English; German language skills are an advantage.
  • You enjoy working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams, and have good interpersonal skills.
  • You have an analytical mindset, detail-orientated, and are motivated to turn data into meaningful insights.
