Summary Statement
Would you like to play an active role in shaping innovative digital products while gaining valuable hands-on experience in product management? As a Working Student, you will support our team at the intersection of product development, strategy, and digitalization. In this role, you will gain exciting insights into the design of new business models, digital platforms, and user-centered product solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the maintenance, preparation, and further development of product, requirements, and project documentation, as well as presentations
- Assist in testing and validating new digital features and processes, for example across digital interfaces and platforms
- Support the planning, organization, and execution of workshops, user testing sessions, and patient surveys
- Coordinate and track tasks, milestones, and project activities, and provide organizational support for meetings and workshops
- Conduct research, analysis, and preparation of market, competitive, and strategic topics to support product-related decisions
- Contribute to the design and further development of digital business models and e-commerce solutions, including online shop processes, system landscapes, and SAP integrations
Qualifications
- You are currently enrolled in a degree program, ideally in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Healthcare Management, Digital Business, or a comparable field
- You demonstrate a high level of initiative, motivation, and a structured, independent way of working
- You possess strong analytical thinking skills and have an interest in product management, market analysis, and strategic topics
- You have a strong affinity for digital technologies and are interested in digital tools, testing processes, and e-commerce topics
- You have excellent MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint; initial experience with digital systems or SAP is an advantage
- You communicate confidently in both German and English, verbally and in writing (minimum B2/C1 level), and enjoy working in interdisciplinary Teams
